En route to a brand-new top-10 project for September, I am eating a LOT of pie these days but haven’t been to Railyard Pie Company or Pie Junkie in months.
We’re talking pizza pie. More pizza than I am used to eating for sure. Plenty more to come thanks to trips to Empire Slice House, Hideaway Pizza, East Side Pizza House, Woodward Pizza, Dado’s, Fair Weather Friend, Hall’s Pizza Kitchen, Papa Angelo’s, Othello’s, Stella Modern Italian, Piatto, Flour and Fennel, Pizzeria Gusto to name a few.
I don’t want to miss any of your favorites, so please leave your favorites in the comments. Among those I’ve already visited is Sauced on Paseo. It was my first trip since it reopened in Friday after more than two years after fire closed it, now fully under Humankind Hospitality’s management.
Monday’s first trip included Italian nachos and a pair of whole pies. I do like the new crust, and the Italian Nachos still played the hits. Stay tuned to see if it lands on the September list.
