It saddens me to hear of Cathy’s passing. Anyone that ate at her Vito’s knew her as a consummate restaurant owner and hospitality expert who greatly cared for her patrons. But more importantly she was an outstanding person who was always cheerful and an encourager. Cathy and her husband Sean and their family are truly some of the finest folks I have ever met I admire them greatly. Thoughts and prayers are with the family.
